DON BRUNELL

I currently reside in Smithville with my wife and two children. I have been actively involved in the community association industry for over 19 years and hold both the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) credential from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation through the Community Associations Institute.

I previously served on the SCA Board from 2016 to 2020 and currently continue my service as a dedicated board member since 2023. Professionally, I serve as the Service & Inspection Manager in the fire and life safety industry under the API Group bringing strong leadership and operational expertise to the role.

Well regarded for my outgoing personality and collaborative nature, I have deep-rooted commitment to the community where I plan to continue to raise my family. I also hold a genuine love and appreciation for the neighborhood and its residents, and I am passionate about contributing to its continued growth and well-being. I feel that my extensive experience and strong understanding of community operations make me a vital asset to the SCA, ensuring the protection of current interests and supporting its long-term financial sustainability.
