**Pursuant to Article V, Section 5.06 of the Association’s By-Laws, the required quorum to have a valid election is the participation of 20 % of the members of the Community Association or approximately 373 members.

If quorum is NOT reached, the annual meeting will be adjourned to a date to be determined by the Board.

Therefore, please make every effort to vote.**
