HOW DO I VOTE?

 

ELECTRONIC VOTING

If management has your email address in their database, you should

receive an electronic ballot directly from Election Buddy:

invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com

If your email is registered and you think you missed the email to vote,

please check your spam folder OR contact association management.

BY PROXY

Electronic Voters: By printing off the proxy attached to your electronic ballot.

Paper Ballot Voters: Returning the proxy enlclosed with your paper ballot.

 

PAPER BALLOT

You may request a paper ballot at any time from association management.

If management does not have your email address in their database,

you will receive a paper ballot.

IN PERSON AT ANNUAL ELECTION MEETING

Vote in person at the annual election meeting.​​

Pursuant to Article V, Section 5.06 of the Association’s By-laws, the required quorum

to have a valid election is the participation of 20% of the members of the Community Association

 or approximately 373 members. If a quorum is NOT reached, the annual meeting will be adjourned

to a date to be determined by the Board. Therefore, please make every effort to vote.
