HOW DO I VOTE?

 

ELECTRONIC VOTING

If management has your email address in their database, you should

receive an electronic ballot directly from Election Buddy:

invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com

If your email is registered and you think you missed the email to vote,

please check your spam folder OR contact association management.

PAPER BALLOT

You may request a paper ballot at any time from association management.

If management does not have your email address in their database,

you will receive a paper ballot.

IN PERSON AT ANNUAL ELECTION MEETING

Vote in person at the annual election meeting.

Make sure to submit a vote for EACH property you own
if you own multiple properties

Per the Association’s bylaws, the required quorum to have a valid

election is the participation of 20 % of the members of the Community Association

(approximately 374 members).

If a quorum is not reached, the annual meeting will be

adjourned and re-scheduled to a later date.

Please make every effort to vote so a quorum is reached!
