WILLIAM ADE

For nearly four years, I have proudly served on the Board of Directors, currently in the role of Secretary. During that time, our Board has worked together to strengthen the Association's financial position, properly fund reserves, and address long-overdue maintenance and improvement projects throughout the community. I have remained committed to transparency, fiscal responsibility, and ensuring that residents' voices are heard. Beyond financial stability, I have supported efforts focused on beautification, infrastructure improvements, and protecting the quality of life that makes Smithville such a special place to live. My background in public service and leadership continues to help me approach Board decisions with fairness, professionalism, and the best interests of the community in mind.
